Murphy Living Guide 2009 Publishing Information

Distribution: A total of 8500 copies will be printed. The Directory will be direct mailed to every Chamber member in addition to 100% of zip code 75094, reaching over 5,800 homes, businesses and schools in Murphy, TX. The City of Murphy and the Murphy Chamber will receive copies for their own distribution purposes.
 

Ad Copy: Ad design is included in cost of the advertisement. All logos, art elements and text must be provided by the advertiser. Logos and art work should be sent electronically in a minimum 300 dpi format.

September 16, 2008

Proof/Final Payment Deadline: September 23, 2008 Proofs will be given with a maximum of 3 revisions per advertiser.

Directory Listing Information

Each Chamber Member receives one free listing in the alphabetical and category directories. Each current MCC member should have received an email requesting your free category listing. If you have not requested your free category listing or would like more information, please contact Marcia Jowers (see contact information below).

Murphy Chamber of Commerce 2009 Chamber Directory & Guide to Murphy Living Advertising Agreement The undersigned advertiser agrees to the following terms and conditions for advertising placement in the 2009 Chamber Directory & Guide to Murphy Living. The advertiser understands that all advertising must be pre-paid with 50% due at the time of order and the balance due at the time of ad proof delivery. No ad will be published without full payment in advance. No refunds will be given for any reason if an ad is cancelled after the order is placed. Advertisements must conform to the sizes outlined on the pricing sheet. This includes camera-ready ads produced by the advertiser or advertiser’s art department. The advertiser will receive a proof of their ad prior to publication and all corrections must be received and signed off on by September 23, 2008 and faxed back to DIVA (214-279-0553).  The advertiser will receive one free alphabetical listing and one free category listing in the directory. A request for this information was emailed to Chamber members in July, 2008 along with the rate sheet and invitation to participate. This information must be completed by the advertiser and returned by August 16, 2008 to ensure accuracy in the directory listings. Bold stand-out listings and additional category listings are available for an additional charge.
